Welcome to Reform Therapy. The word 'Reform' comes from the meaning to change , correct or to make right. At 'Reform Therapy' this is what we aim to achieve when providing one of our treatments.
When we feel tense or anxious we automatically shift our posture without being aware of it, along with the type of work we do. It could be driving long distances, heavy manual work or even sitting at a desk all day. We are constantly putting our bodies through an un-natural posture.
Reform Therapy offer a range of treatments which are designed to leave you feeling re-balanced, energised and stress free.

We are based on The Wirral and appointments are available from 9am through to 6pm Monday to Friday. We specialise in Deep Tissue Massage but also offer Reflexology, Aromatherapy massage and Sports massage.
