Welcome to Reform Therapy

The word 'Reform' comes from the meaning to change , correct or to make right. At 'Reform Therapy' this is what we aim to achieve when providing one of our treatments.

When we feel tense or anxious we automatically shift our posture without being aware of it, along with the type of work we do. It could be driving long distances, heavy manual work or even sitting at a desk all day. We are constantly putting our bodies through an un-natural posture.

Reform Therapy offer a range of massage treatments which are designed to leave you feeling re-balanced, energised and stress free.

From time to time I will be putting together some new articles for various conditions, the aim for this is to give you some advise and information on treatment and recovery and an insite to Complementary Therapies.

We are based on The Wirral and appointments are available from 9am through to 6pm Monday to Friday.  We specialise in Deep Tissue Massage and Sports massage.

For those of you who are browsing and new to this site I hope you find it interesting and informative, and to all my existing clients I would like to thank you for your support and loyalty over the years.
