• Headaches/Tension: Could be caused by your sleeping habits, your posture, stress/anxiety or tight neck/back muscles. (Any of our treatments will help).

• Back pain: Possibly posture related or under/over stretched muscles. (Deep tissue massage).

• Sciatica: Can sometimes be known as Piriformis syndrome and is the result caused by compression of the sciatic nerve. This can occur from anything from sitting in an awkward position to a sudden jerk to the lower back from physical actions. Or even tight Gluteus muscles. (Deep tissue massage).

• Muscle pulls: Tight, under stretched muscles. (Deep tissue/Sports massage).

• Neck and shoulder pain: Possibly work related if you have a desk job and used a computer, tight shoulder muscles. Can also stem from stress and anxiety. (Any of our treatments).

• Tight hamstrings/quads: Mostly affects runners, and athletes, but can also generally affect you if not warmed up for vigorous exercise or physical work. (Deep tissue/sports massage).
